Credit-card use leads to arrest

TRACY - A 38-year-old Tracy adult female was arrested Monday after she allegedly used a former employer's recognition card game to purchase things for herself.

San Joaquin County sheriff's deputy sheriffs arrested Vivienne Darlene Plummer and at about 10:40 a.m. Monday booked her into the San Joaquin County Jail on intuition of respective felonies, including embezzlement, burglary, imitation involving an entree card and knowingly receiving stolen property.

According to a sheriff's report, a concern proprietor called deputy sheriffs to study a recognition card theft. He showed deputy sheriffs gross for purchases Plummer, a former employee, allegedly made using the owner's concern and personal recognition cards.

Deputies then went to her place in the 23000 block of South Hansen Road near Tracy, and Plummer showed deputy sheriffs the place she had purchased, according to the deputies' report.

Plummer is being held in the County Jail in stead of $136,000 bail bond and is scheduled to look in tribunal today.
