Man Caught On Tape Using Credit Card Stolen In Armed Robbery

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Less than an hr after a Jacksonville adult female was robbed at gunpoint, the suspected stealer stopped at an country Wal-Mart where police force state he was caught on tape using the victim's recognition card.

Eileen Amodei said as she arrived at her place in the 2800 block of Anniston Road on the Southside, she was approached by a adult male with a gun.

"The cat came from behind me and set the gun to my caput and grabbed my bag and said, 'Give it up mama,' and he was gone that quick," Amodei said. "I just stood there and looked at the guy's eyes because he had a gun on my head."

Jacksonville police force investigating the lawsuit said it did not take the stealer long after robbing Amodei to begin disbursement her money. Police said a adult male was caught on tape by a nearby Wal-Mart surveillance photographic camera as he racked up purchases on the Amodei's recognition card.

The surveillance picture from the Wal-Mart on Memorial Road demoes a adult male wearing a achromatic army tank top and short pants walk up to the store's registry and swipe Amodei's recognition card.

As the adult male who used the card walked out of the supermarket a 2nd adult male joined him.

"It's just not safe anymore. It's really not safe to travel anywhere," Amodei said.
